Hi RugPark,

Welcome to the forum.

If you don't mind, please post each rug on an individual thread. We'll need more information including how you got them, what you know about the rugs, and a description of the condition. Are they brittle, do they show wear, do you see repairs?

Let us know what type of value you're looking for too. Are you looking to sell? Insure? purchase? did purchase?

Lastly, we'll need all images as seen here, and we'll be able to give them a good once over.

Hi. Looks like two Kayseri Turkish rugs. Newer than 50 years.

Value is going to depend on condition and whether or not the pile is silk and of course the condition. Usually they're mercerized cotton, especially when they have a cotton foundation (for this type at least).

First rug has a Saf Design. That's the horizontally oriented, repeating prayer motif.

Second is a vase/tree of life Design with single Mirab indicating a "prayer rug", although these were not often used as prayer rugs.

Additional images will help to determine the value, the link above as provided by pro is correct, although a burn test would help as well as would sizes and condition notes.
