what is "mood birjand" and is it authentic?

in the description, at one point it says of this mood birjand rug that they're "world renown[ed] for their unique style and extreme smoothness as the wool is often made of velvet and silk." this claim made little sense to me, as i understand velvet and silk to NOT be things from which wool is made.

'unique style' how about tabriz, herati / mahi, hamedan, all have similar variations

and im sure the guys selling are reputable

not sure how wool can be made of velvet and silk. this is odd. wool is wool
