Seems like a pretty fair eBay price. It may not lay 100 percent flat and could have a bit more curve than shown. Take a look at the buckles in red. It's a nice looking piece, can't complain too much if it arrives in excellent condition and not much curve with that price.

curve is probably nominal. I just mention because the price on ebay are pretty good, but there are reasons. I don't know of any place to beat a price for a rug like that unless you go to the source. a rug like that could be resold for more than the ebay price in my opinion. If they arrive as expected or better, big plus, but it's very important to have a good eye not only for design sense. it seems like this rug may have full pile which is a big plus. If i were in the position to buy a new rug, that would be similar to my choice even if it doesn't lay 100 percent

The Hamedan runner arrived. I'm quite pleased with it. A little curvature, but that seems to add character. Beautiful color, better than the photo on EBay. Very interesting piece. Thanks again for the advice. I'd post some pictures if I could figure out how to attach a file.
