This topic is for Masterpieces1 (Rugs on eBay.)

The reason I have started it is not out of confrontation. Masterpieces rugs appears to have many happy buyers, and that is something to respect. I never called your rugs garbage, but perhaps you can clarify statements you have made.

Please bear in mind, this is not an attack, and I have no interest in discussing your inventory. This is for the benefit of those who use the forum.

We expect a clean and educated debate/discussion as to why you believe the following statements you made to be true if they are in fact how you wrote them.

It seems your information is conflicting with the best interest of your store. Information was provided insinuating that used Indian rugs around 100 KPSI less than 30 years old are not even worth cleaning. Given Masterpieces appears to have rugs in the less than 100 KPSI, my question to Nancy is the following: Are you suggesting that your rugs are garbage/have no resale value once used? That seems to be implication.

Nancy,

I would like to know if the following excerpt below is an accurate quote as you stated in an e-mail. I would also like you to address why you think 100 KPSI Indian rugs less than 30 years old is a cut off for rugs which, to paraphrase, cleaning investment is not justifiable:

Friends, I am doing my evening work.....felt perfectly normal all day. Just now, this came in and in one nAno....I was again upset & in pain. It appears finally now.....she sees what she has done a least to some degree....and that it could negatively impact her and maybe her job. But that is not my problem. NOT ANYMORE.

Edit: Does anyone actually think anything tramsnitted on the net can be PRIVATE? Apart from transactions via encrypted pages.

Edit 2: OK, here is what I will now do: I will respond to this mail simply saying....I can not delete threads posted by others but I will apprise the site of this email.
Edit 3....between clients. Maybe better idea would be again, truthfully, I can't mitigate anything posted by others to tell her to contact the site HERSELF. Perhaps in THIS THREAD. As the crow flies truth.

Just sent this, hope it is last one:
Nancy,

I am involved in my evening work. Pls use the original link I sen to RugPro's threadt for my reply to yr mail. You need to contact the site directly...one option, in the thread in question. I can not undo a thread posted by someone else. So there is no point in emailing me.

But I will add, as I just did in the thread.....apart from encyrpted pages for secure transactions, there is no such thing as private on the net.

Jill
