Is this an Oriental rug? The rug measures 58" x 37". With the fringe coming out all over it looks more like a wall hanging? Real curious as to what it is. Thanks kansas1412 attached the following image(s):

Does anybody have an opinion on this rug? Is it just a folk art piece? Or is it definitely not Oriental? Thanks
