Here is a double sided pile, silk on silk (yes, I chemically and microscopically tested it.) 3'6" X 5'. My wife purchased it in Kabul in 2011. Each side has a completely different design. I've only see one similar to this on this web site. Search double sided and you'll find it. Member name is Astovio . Sorry the picture quality is poor. This is the most unique piece I've seen to date. Are double sided piles common? Normal questions, origin, age value etc.
