I recognize the Tree of Life motif, is this style unique to a particular area? What would one think the origin/age/value of this rug to be? Is the green teal a "modern" color? It is 10 x 7 feet. Thanks for any information!! remodelista attached the following image(s):

Well, someone bought this $445 rug on Craigslist and is "flipping" it for $1650 - nice work if you can get it!
I am still curious about comments of quality and origin for the sake of education if anyone is so inclined. Thanks in advance!

I think it is Mashad. All dyes are chemical. If you have a Craigslist price then the auction price is the comparable one, which would be $300 to $400.
