I wish I know about this site earlier! I need anyone's feedback on a resent online purchase I made of a vividly colorful rug. Here is what I can provide:

- it is 3'3" x 2'3"
- Signature on the rug says "Bāft Irān Qom Ashrafi"
- Knot count is 484/square inch
- the piece was advertised as a silk foundation and kork wool

Hopefully the attached pictures will be helpful. I would really appreciate anyone's feedback.

It is a nice rug and Kork Qum in this design is not often found. I am not sure what you want to know about it as you seem to know everything.

Thanks. I'm very much an newbie to oriental rugs and I tried to research "Ashrafi" related to Qom rugs. I paid $915 for this rug online and it came to me in very good shape. I am not an expert in rug designs, regions, etc. My request for any feedback was more if anyone had seen rugs like this before and could add any more insight. I'm going to continue to learn more about what I bought and about oriental rugs in general. I appreciate your response.

Nice Qum Rug, very good quality. The signature seems to be added, the colors don´t match the surrounding colors, also the wool seems to be different.
