Hello from Riyadh

I would be very grateful to hear from the wise in respect of three carpets I have been thinking of buying from a long established gentleman here. I am keen to know (a) are they as they claim to be (b) Estimated value (purchase)

The first is a silk Qom approximately 10' x 6'6" in a Four Seasons style. I am told this is from around the 70's and I estimate this has a KPSI of 5 - 600. It appears to be very fine.

The Tabriz in a Hirez style (as I understand this is) again appears to be very good. Approx 6' x 4'6", reportedly from the 70's, wool with some silk in the flowers

I don't know the knot count on this, trying to find a photo of the back but I may have accidentally deleted it

Edit: On checking I think closer to 450 KPSI for the silk Qum. I'd be interested as to the signature on the border too. Is this the maker or something else?

Double edit:

I think it says 'Qum Pirouzmand' from my Arabic speaking buddy.
