IS this a Kashan? What does the signature read?

I have this rug as you can see now from the forum in a collection that I own and it appears to have a signature at the top and bottom. Can anyone identify the signature? Is this also a Kashan rug? It is 4.8'x7.9' or 142x236 in size.

The signature is "Kashan Shadsar". This workshop has been doing a better production in Kashan for the past 30 to 40 years.
