Two rugs with animal/ garden design

These two rugs are close in their style and I was thinking they must be from the same region but have different notations from where we got them. The first one is 5'2"x9'11" or 157x302 and has darker hues. The second is 5'4"x10'3" or 163x312 so it is slightly larger. They both seem to have a garden design to me. Let me know your thoughts.
