ID of red and blue Persian??

The manager of the sale said it was tribal but didn't know any more about it than that. I don't know if it is tribal or not but I thought it pretty with the red and blue. Size is about 4 X 6 ft. Condition is pretty good, fairly clean and no major problems that I can see. My guess is Persian, I don't know if it is tribal or not. It is a dense, heavy rug in the hand. Some age but not antique, maybe 30-40 years? What can the experts tell me? Thanks, Bruce cuzinbruce attached the following image(s):
