I don´t directly quote rugs listed on other dealers sites - I hope you understand this. But since you asked I am giving you some hints - at the end it will be your decision to decide whether you trust someone who is presenting his / her merchandise like this or not.

This rug is not at all made 1st quarter 20th century. It is a mass production rug from the 1970´s with low grade wool and poor colors. It was reduced in length - you can see the black and white border visible at the long sides are no longer there at the narrow sides. Basically this is ok to do so to repair a rug at low cost, but it is a reduction of value and should be reflected in the products price. The rug was washed with chlorine and exposed to sunlight for a few weeks to fade the colors. This procedure is called "Dava Shore" and is used to give new rugs an antique or old look. Actually it is no scam to do so to get a rug to look old. Just selling such a rug as an antique with 100 years age is scamming the customer.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/351969870963 Same description as the other rug. You wrote you wanted to buy a good rug. All the rugs I found on this sellers list would not get the predicate "good" from my side. Basically low value merchandise without soul and beauty - typical ebay sellers quality catching uneducated buyers with big promises about quality and age + discounts.
If you are out to get a "good" rug it will depend on you budget you have. We start grade A Heriz, unbleached with its original color and curated quality at USD 2990.00 in this size. You can take a look at this rug, maybe you understand what I mean:
