This one is a Caucasus rug... maybe Daghestan, not Kuba, early to mid 20th century with the Sunburst medallion. It has a wool warp and single weft. The wool warp is usually associated with older rugs and/or NOT the Russian version of these rugs. The single weft is associated with the Dagestan and the double weft the Kuba.
