Turkish prayer rug.. signed, Ghiordes???

This rug belongs to my husband's Men's club.
It is signed and is in beautiful shape. The gold and camel color of this rug shimmers. My guess is Ghiordes, 1960's. based on its design, colors and similarity to the Ousak in the borders. I originally asked if it were a Hereke, but now I think it is a Ghiordes. There is a signature in the upper right quadrant. Can you make out the signature please and is it 1960's???? Thank you all!! BTW, I washed it and it just sparkles!

I think it's a wonderful piece. To me it appears to be a Tabriz. The signature I s initials J D.
