This Soumak, which measures 2'11" x 4'11", has been described as "Trans-Caucasian". Can anyone provide more specific details as to its origin? Thanks.

I don't know about "Trans Caucasian", which by my understanding would cover a very large area, but I think this is a Persian Shahsavan Kilim and I don't think it is old.
