Two Malayer Ferahans?

Both of these rugs were described on ebay as Malayer Ferahans (ca 1880). Is this an apt description? First rug measures 3'10" x 5'10", and the second is 4'4" x 6'8". Thanks.

Both rugs are iranian, coming from the Hamadan region in western Iran. The second one is designed like a Malayer but not as fine as Malayers usually are. Both rugs are made 1960-70. The ebay description is junk as most of the times but the rugs are original and typical and seem to be in good condition. If the price is good they are worth a buy.
