Hi, I bought this rug ...it's a bit grubby but it's very unusual. It was described as a Persian old village rug (190 x 150 cm). Does anyone recognise it ...eg know which village it might be from or what it is of. It looks like tanks?! Also the colours are really unusual.

Its an Afshar Sirjan rug from South of Iran. Some of the dyes are chemical and should be very careful in cleaning as they do run, especially the pink. It is circa 1980.
