This is about 2 feet by 3 feet. It is a very dense rug. Can you tell me what kind of rug this is, and its approximate value. Thanks

90% chance Indian, 10% chance Persian. The things technically that appears to be Persian is the spun and uncut fringe loops on one end, knots are not as wide as India and there is a bit of zanjere which is often Persian. India rarely leaves these like this but these are small, very adaptable details. Every other indicator points to good quality Indian rug early 1990s

Thank you! Can you tell me about the leather strips on the side of the rug? I have two others that I bought on ebay with the same thing. They were sold as bidjar rugs, and are also very dense and similar in that way to this rug shown here.
