Hi, found this large rug today. It has worn pile, and some damage, beside being filthy dirty. It also has a different Trying to find out what it is before I wash it... any help would be appreciated!

sorry I seem to have deleted a partial sentence from my post. It was supposed to read, It has a different type of hair, not wool on the edge border.

No just wash it would be my advice it would cost to much to have it repaired
i have a small Qashqai bagface with a tad of damage and it was going to cost £400.00 to fix it(sent out to turkey for repair)
its only 19" square

Wow, then I'm sure this would cost a bundle to repair! I suppose I will just reinforce the back where the damage is to prevent additional damage while washing... Thanks for the advice Nick!
