This appears to be a Qom rug made in Iran. However, Qom rugs typically do not put two closely related colors together. This leads me to believe the rug may have some color run. If so, the question is how much color run? Note red-->ivory = pinkish tone.
So, the rug appears to be fine, it appears to be Qom, but the big question is what is the condition. With workshop rug or any rug that may carry a high value, the condition is paramount. Color run is especially a problem as this raises a few questions - was the rug damaged by accidental flooding, was it poorly washed? I am not saying this is the case with your rug, but there are concerns with this type of carpet. If the color run is bad, it could have been part of an insurance claim which means it would be turned for relatively inexpensive.
For one reason or another, the photos you provided are not 100% telling - is it possible you can photograph outside in better lighting and capture any areas that may appear to have inconsistent color tone or possible condition issue?
