Hi, I bought this rug at an auction, described as a Nain but it seems a bit thick and I'm not really sure that it is. Does anyone have any idea and if it's not, then what might it be? Dimensions are 180 x 270. Pile is over 10mm high and it's quite heavy and dense.

Five pics are attached by the way ...only two show up in the preview ...this is my first post and I'm still figuring out how this works.

Early 1980 Kerman design rug made in India. It appears hand knotted
