Iranian silk rug, usually named qum silk rug by the trade. I am pretty sure it was not made in the city of qum. Back indicates it was made in Bonab or Maraghe using Qum design. Most cheaper qum rugs are made in other cities than qum.

Looks like 15-25 years old but not much used, fringe in great condition - maybe used for wall decoration. Price 1000.00 usd is very ok.
