A "primitive" Kurdish rug

I would appreciate comments on this Kurdish rug that probably fits the description "primitive". Lots of oddities, but quite interesting. Does anyone have an idea where it might have been made? Dimensions are 3'6" x 5'4". Thank you.

As Rugpro says it is cute and a village weave. The dyes appear to be chemical and not that good. I think it's a Savagbolagh. It is an interesting piece though.
