Is this a Nain or an Isphahan???

I don't have an Isphanhan or a Nain and have an opportunity to purchase one. The seller says it is a Nain from Iran, but I am not sure if it is a Nain. It measures 9'8" by 6'6" and has a signature. It may have some silk highlights. Can you tell if it is made in Iran and if it is a Nain or an Isphanhan? I known you guys are busy and I would appreciate feedback whenever you can. Thanks RugRag Experts!!!

this look like a Tabas rug, it's related to Nain rugs, but a lower grade

It is a low grade tabbas with nain design.
