This appears to be a hand made needlepoint rug. At the time this was made it was probably quite costly to purchase

I want to list it on eBay, I only paid $13 for it at Goodwill. I could tell it was not junky rug right away. What do you think might be a good starting price to attract attention? Are these any identification info you can give me like English...etc, time made perhaps. I am truly clueless. Thanks!!

Sure - maybe something like European, floral, aubusson inspired design, subtle colors, earth tones,
Unfortunately I think on ebay you will be hard pressed to sell for more than 100 even though it probably cost many many fold that amount when new

Thank you..I appreciate your taking the time to respond. If not eBay is there a better spot to post it? I'd be happy with $100 though since I took a chance when I bought it. Have a great day!
