Is this really an 1880-1900 Caucasian Prayer rug?

Can you please help identify this rug? What about the border design? I haven't really seen this "mixture" of design elements anywhere.
The seller states "3x5 Antique Caucasian Kazak Prayer Rug"
"Collectable and rare piece, 100-120 years old, wool on wool,KPSI 270,
in very good condition, vegetable dye,no stains, worn areas, smells, dry rot or spots."

Caucasian rug, would not say it is that old but others might be able to give you a more accurate estimate on age.

Also, it looks around 100 kpsi, not 270.

Agreed. Little Persia has the knot count right, it is improbable this rug exceeds 200 knots per inch although with a rug like this - an older non-workshop rug, kpsi is not really a function of quality or interest. Age on this rug is probably 1920 from what I see, although could be a little older? This is at a quick glance

I ADDED SOME CLOSE-UP SHOTS!
Thank you so much RugPro and Little-Persia for your help. I really appreciate it! Would this actually be an Akstafa instead of a Kazak? It is down to the knots and seems somewhat coarse. Since the KPSI and age are not what the seller says, is it a bad idea to buy it? I would hate for it to be a total fake. I love the design! Any idea where it was made? What kind of border is that? I have not seen that very often but I am just a newbie! Help!!!!!
