Totally would agree with Sharafi although with respect to origin I believe this appears to be from India not a lilihan or Persian. I base Indian off the selvage wrap with thicker cord and simple loop, also original super glue/starch that the weavers in India use to reinforce can be seen (sort of specific to India), the cashmering on the fringe and the weave and knotting all aligns with weaving indicative of 1990's to early 2000 Indian rug maybe 10/50 12/60 quality in my opinion
