Help me identify this rug please

I picked up this carpet the other day and i am not exactly sure what i have here. My thoughts are either a Sewan or a Sivas. The size of it is 4 x 6, and it looks to be hand mane, wool. I would say about 50 to 60 years old, could be older.

If anyone can help me identify it and what might it be worth?

sivas or egyptian. when you say what it might be worth what sort of value are you asking about -retail? private party?

Hmmm, how about private party. I have never really seen a carpet like this before.

clean it up, try to get what you can as a private seller. If you were to send it to auction going by past results something like this would probably sell for around $250 provided it is relatively clean, healthy without odor, stains, or other issues.
