Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 12/9/2013(UTC) Posts: 1 Points: 3 Location: Miami		I have a rug / shawl or tapestry of some kind given by the Ottoman Empire to the US Naval Attache to the Ottoman Empire in late 19th century. It was acquired at his daughter's estate sale. It is silk. And seems to be in excellent condition. I've attached pictures of both the front and back. It is approximately 4 X 4 feet in size. If someone could identify it for me and state an approximate value I would be grateful.
