Italian 1970's wool rug (I believe)

Anyone know anything about Italian rugs? I remember this had a tag (100% wool MADE IN ITALY) many years ago, tag is gone rug still good, wondering about value.

CAN I POST PIC, AND HOW???

I can see it's machine made but being over 40 and in excellent condition, it must be worth more than zero? How does one value it?

Being Italian is no different than being Chinese, British or Guatemalan. It's classed as a used carpet and at 40 years old isn't near antique status.
