Hello,
I purchased this rug at a recent local flea market for a very reasonable price and I enjoy the way it looks, so I'm not worried either way whether it is handmade or not. I don't know much about rugs, but I believe it is a handmade based on the variation in the design and the clear design on the backside of the rug. I also believe it is a stair runner?

If anyone has any idea as to the origin of this rug, that would be much appreciated!

Thank you very much for the information.
I'm not worried that much about value. It was purchased for $20 USD.
Out of curiosity, what is your opinion of it's value?
