Turkish rug, Bandirma typus, but probably made around or in Kayseri. Around 100 years old is correct (first quater of 20th century). Condition is not top, lost rows of knots on both sides as it looks.

Retail sells rugs like this between $500 and $2000 depending on condition. I would see your rug with a pricetag of $650.
