Rug suppose to be a hand knotted 100 year old Persian but tag says hand woven made in Iran

Is hand woven the same as hand knotted? If 100 years old than why doesn't it say Made in Persia? Size is 10x14 Dorokhsh one in a million museam piece and master knotted. Outstandind Prestige and Quality. Very fine and rare rug. Retail value $13,000-$15,000

It certainly isn't Dorokhsh nor is it 100 years old. What it maybe is about 20 years old from I think Azarbijan area of Iran, Meshgin or Ardebil and certainly not a very good example and not worth a lot of money, especially as it seems to be worn in places. Sorry I can't tell you much more but it is very difficult from those photos.
