Seller states 1890s antique fereghan, 4x6, and asking me to make an offer...obviously has the stains; are they a deal breakwr...any idea what they are and if they will come out???

description seems relatively accurate, although maybe not quite so old? A few of the colors look a bit bright. Is it supple, healthy and free of dry areas to folding anywhich way? Also, if he knows what it may be and its age, how come he does not have any specific price to sell?
