my first Heriz rug identification and value request

I love this rug and would like to purchase, but only know what I have read online about them. I've actually become somewhat obsessed by learning about them and looking when I can.
It is a 10'2" x 12'6" hand knotted Heriz (no pic of the back). Very beautiful, but I am not an expert by far and it looks a little different than other Heriz. Could you please tell me you opinion of it, age, and what a reasonable retail price would be. Thanks, and it's great there is a community willing to help out!

Is the carpet free of moth issues, dry areas, concealed damage, noticeable stains or wear?
