if it is 8 x 10 the replacement value is about $1000...9 x 12 would be about $1500...pakistan bokhara from the last thirty years...a very nice rug.

I agree with above. Bokhara style is made in many many different qualities, different countries and provinces, this one appears to be a more commercial made grade
