Hello,
I don't think it's a prayer rug, just a small rug (what size is it?). It looks Baluchi. Interesting. The number doesn't mean anything to me - probably just a dealers inventory tag or similar.

hi. The size of it is 2'10"x4'8"(34"x56"). I got better pics with more details but they ware to big to post them.. i'll try to resize them and post them.
