Hello Rug Rag! I will be traveling to several cities in Rajastahn in a few weeks and I am looking to find some of the famously beautiful rugs and carpets in local markets. I will be visiting Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur, before a quick stop in Mumbai. In doing some research, I found that Jaipur in particular is known for its traditional dhurries and persian style rugs.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to where to look? What markets or bazars? And what should I look for in terms of quality and prices to pay? I know that there are many shrewd business people and I want to pay a fair price for a good carpet!
