Is this a Turkish rug any help appreciated

Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 6/21/2010(UTC) Posts: 11 Points: 33		Hello, I just acquired this pretty rug, has a nice robin's egg blue, dark blue, red & orange. The design I think might be Turkish, can you tell me if it's of Turkish origin and design or is it from some other location. I suspect it is a fairly recent piece but don't know the age. It measures around 43 inches wide by 100 inches in length. Is there a market for a piece like this or just one to use. Any help identifing will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
