Assist in Identifying Signature and Date on Hamadan rug please, Farsi interpreters?

I bought this beautiful persian rug (4'x10') and want to give to my Mother for Christmas. I'd like to make this a conversation piece for her as well because this is such a unique rug at least in my novice opinion.

It has what look like palaces on it and all kinds of symbals to ward off evil and such.

But, I can't seem to figure out what this signature is all about or the date. Someone thought it might be a birthdate. speical cultural date or reference to an earlier original copied from. A kind gent sent me this way thinking I'd find the answer here :)

Please, let me know if you recognize or can assist in giving me the answer.
