Just wanted to show you a real beautiful Seirafian rug. It was made my Mojtaba Seirafian in Isfahan, Iran. It was purchsed directly from him, so there is no question about its origin. Also the rug is double signed, one signature in the lower border and Kilim, one in the upper border. KPSI is about 900, rug is made of finest kurkwool, warp and weft are made of silk.

Thanks, Fredgrower - I like yours also very much. Really cool with the green background and the hunting design. From all rugs I like Isfahan most.

You know at the time when I bought it, it seemed like a lot of money to spend on something to be used as "art" (no way was I putting it on the floor)...no regrets now, it still brings me pleasure every time I look at it! Thanks again for all the knowledge you have shared:)
