I Believe the Seller Has Simply Made an Honest Mistake Here, not Intentional Deception. This Carpet Looks to be a Pakistani Weaving From the 1980's, Not Persian. KPSI is Therefore Also Incorrect (Looks Like 10 Knots Horizontal as Shown With Measuring Tape, However is Really 5), as Knots are Symmetrical. You are Seeing Both Sides of a Ghiodes Knot as There is no Offset.

Only Posting This for Clarification on Different Knots and Proper KPSI Count. Very Pretty Design Overall.

Just for fun, I did an appraisal on this rug The auction still has 1 day left, I wonder what it will go for!

I would write something more substantial, but for now, I have a customer to get back to on the floor :)

The rug sold for $110 after shipping!!!!! $6 off the estimate. I wouldn't have this rug in my store for any more than that really. Maybe $125 max although I'd fix that edge before selling. Tax would bring it up higher.
