I inherited this beautiful rug from a family member who received it as a gift from one of her celebrity clients... So unfortunately I dont have any valuable information regarding its origin, age or value. Any help would be MUCH appreciated! The photos are a little light and do not do the rug justice. <p>
Here is as much info about the rug that I can tell you....

SIZE:
Measures: 9 feet long by 6.5 feet wide
COLORS: Navy (the photos make the blue appear a little lighter than it actually is)
Deep Rose Red, and a lighter faded/muted red
MATERIAL: Appears to be wool and looks like a single weave, and of course, there is no backing.
WEIGHT: HEAVY.
The Edges: The 'fringe' looks primitive, like a rough wirey brownish wool?
CONDITION: One small but noticable tear, appears to have some slight color fading or patina with the reds.
ANY information on this rug would be incredibly helpful (and the sooner the better!) ;)
