It is 2x3, no holes or stains that I can find. I can not decipher the stapled tag that is on back, just numbers and letters. It is wool, the warp is cotton. Thanks

This rug looks like a modern Kerman rug, made around 1970's.

Maybe Kerman/sarouk/tabriz design mix, but I think this is a Tabatabaie Tabriz by structure edges, fringe, etc. 1970s agreed.
