Hi,

I would be grateful if anybody could give me some information about this rug. It was brought from Iraq by my grandfather in the 1940s. I was told that it is goat hair. It measures approx. 2m x 1.3m. An approximate value would also be interesting.

Nice rug. Difficult to tell where it is from, my guess would be north western Iran. I have no idea about the value, but I like it. If you want to sell it and have an idea what you would ask fo rit, let me know.
