OK, so I bought another small rug 23x30" (eBay) and almost returned it...It has a little moth damage on one corner, a ripple where it was folded, but no wear at all (was hung on a wall). KPSI 625, wool on silk, 10 different colors, Isfahan (I think), the fringe is nearly perfect (but the knots were tied sloppy)....seller said they didn't see the bug damage and also claimed a higher KPSI...just wanted to share:)
nice abrash

A happy new year to you!
Real nice rug, great quality and very beautiful traditional color design. Don`t worry about the moth damage, it is no big deal to fix these few missing areas. The more important thing about the rug is the great original condition as you pointed out. All fringes, pile and selvedge perfect - I love it. Age and origin (Isfahan 1960`s) is correct. Congratulations :-).

Happy New Year back to you and everyone else too!! I should know better than to look at eBay! Thanks for saying it's a nice little rug, however, if I collect any more they'll have to be way smaller as my house is shrinking:)

Good looking little Isfahan. The back has been rubbed against a rough surface and this is not moth damage, fringes can easily be fixed. Enjoy it.
