Hi, welcome to the forum. Your rug is not a Ghom, it is a chinese 300l silk rug. The quality is called single knot. This type of rug was produced in the 1990``s until about 2000. Some old stocks are found in some stores once in a while, but the style with the designed border got out of fashion about 10 years ago. These rugs are usually made of real silk in pile and warp, weft is a thin cotton string. These rugs sold new here in Germany at about 1500 Euro / equals about 2200 USD in the size you have posted. Today they are sold as used rugs at around 250 Euro / 360 USD and up, depending on condition. Your rug seems to be clean and in good condition, so for privat party I would say around 500 Euro / 750 USD.

This is a Chinese silk rug and even the pattern is not Quom. I agree with KAD about the value.
